Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, images, and content displayed on this site are the sole property of Andre Tonkinson (the “Artist”, or “andregraphite”) unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, copying, downloading, or distribution of any material on this site without written permission is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in legal action.
If you’d like to share or feature my work elsewhere, contact me directly for written permission.
Commissions & Payments
Commission requests are subject to approval by the Artist.
Once terms, pricing, and deadlines are agreed upon, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, etc.
Failure to pay in full by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of the commission without refund of the deposit.
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of commissioned artwork:
All sales are final once the final product is delivered.
No refunds will be issued for completed work.
If you wish to cancel a commission before work has started, your deposit will be refunded in full.
If canceled after work has begun, the deposit is forfeited.
Liability
The Artist is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from the use, display, or distribution of the artwork once delivered to the client.
Plagiarism & Copying Policy
Any unauthorized copying, modification, redistribution, or commercial use of my work without permission is considered copyright infringement and will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable law.
Donations
Any donations made through this site are voluntary and non-refundable. Funds are used at the discretion of the Artist for site maintenance, materials, and personal support.
